1Can I design my own wallpaper using an image I have?
Yes you can - Exclusive Printing will accommodate your requests and assist with the design, if necessary.
2Are there any restrictions on how large the wallpaper can be?
No, but if your chosen area is larger than 6 SQM then we ask that you email us with your image and dimensions so our team can check file quality. This also ensures your finished wallpaper is of the highest quality.
3How large can you print my digital image?
This will depend on the size and quality of the file supplied or downloaded. Some images can also be high resolution scanned from A3 size
4Will the image fade over time?
Because we use UV stable inks the print will last indefinitely indoors - out of direct sunlight.
5Can I wipe the wallpaper to remove spillages?
Yes, but only with a damp cloth and mild detergent. It's not recommended to soak the surface with other chemical based cleaners to prevent print damage.
6Is the wallpaper hung like any wallpaper?
Yes, hanging instructions and recommended pastes are included with delivery of your wallpaper kit.
7How can I check the final colours?
Within 3-5 working days of ordering you will be emailed a PDF proof to ensure you are happy with the colour prior to final production. For projects over 20 SQM, we will send you samples of the finished colour and quality via post for your approval.
8How is the wallpaper delivered and how long does it take?
The wallpaper will be delivered directly to your home and will take up to 14 working days following your approval of the proof and payment of the order.
9What file formats do I supply?
For residential use there are two main types of images: Image from a digital camera Select the highest possible resolution (minimum 2400 x 1600 pixels, circa 4-10 mega pixels) and the highest quality. Images up to 8 Megabites can be individually emailed. Scanned pictures Photography must have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher, (a minimum of 100 DPI at full size) colour or black and wWhite. Save the pictures in high resolution PDF, TIF, EPS or PSD formats.
10What if I require graphics for commercial use?
Graphic patterns should be created in Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw or programs that works with vector.
